Pastor & Mrs. Richard Munala


 

Richard Munala is Senior Pastor of Mzizi Church international. He and his wife Muthoni of 22 years share a passion for Equipping  lay and church leaders to reach the lost with every available means. Healthy Marriages and Families in the church are key to the growth of the church.


Mzizi Church International, formally known as Destiny fellowship,was started by a group of young men and Women who felt a call to start a ministry that would reach international students and immigrants living in the twin cities for Christ under the leadership of Pastor Richard Munala. Initially these young people met once a month for fellowship to encourage one another in their faith and introduce others to Christ. Students from as far as Marshall and Fargo travelled 3-4 hours once a month to attend the fellowship.




On becoming a Mzizi member, your faith springs to life as you join other Christians who share your values and spiritual goals! Membership is more than simply a statement of where you worship, it is a commitment to the mission and ministries of Mzizi Church. Members serve together as we experience intimacy with God, influence in our community, inspiration across the nation, and impact in the world with the Gospel of Christ! As you connect with this local body of believers, you can develop a deeper sense of significance and belonging in the family of God.


Church membership is not a means of salvation; becoming a member of Mzizi or any other church does not assure anyone of eternal life in heaven. Church membership also is not a requirement for worshipping or serving at Mzizi, and it is not a command found in the Bible. The Bible does tell believers, however, to meet regularly with a group of Christians who love, serve, and encourage one another.
 (Ephesians 4:16, I Timothy 3:15, and Romans 12:4-5).
